Our client is well known for their international projects and award-winning engineering consultancy services. They are currently seeking a Principal Engineer on a full-time permanent basis in their Leeds office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contract managing all delegated schemes, liaising with clients and their representatives, and attending design and site meetings. You'll prepare design solutions and manage the preparation of design calculations and drawings in accordance with the relevant design codes.
Other aspects of the role will include managing the costs and revenues on projects, complying with CDM regulations, keeping abreast of technical developments in the industry, and training and mentoring less experienced Engineers.
Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need to be a qualified Civil or Structural Engineer, chartered or near chartered with the Institute of Civil Engineers or Institute of Structural Engineers. It is important that you can showcase considerable experience in a comparable role with a bias towards civil structures including bridges and ancillary projects.
