Role Accountabilities Delivering asset management services for clients owning major road, rail, and maritime infrastructure assets including tunnels, bridges, railways, and ports;
Managing asset management projects to meet budget, program, and quality targets, while exceeding client expectations;
Developing asset management options for clients e.g. for service life extension or replacement, including whole of life cost and value analysis, and converting the options into detailed solutions and deliverables for consideration by our clients;
Leading and contributing to bids for work in asset management across Australia;
Leveraging existing, and fostering new client relationships to grow Arcadis' asset management portfolio;

You pride yourself on the part you play in shaping the world around you and understand the importance of teamwork. You are an experienced asset management professional with:
A minimum of 10 years experience in engineering and/or asset management with tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering (Civil/Structural) or material science discipline;
The ability to lead, manage, and mentor diverse project teams;
Experience working on asset management consultancy activities for major Australian infrastructure assets;
Excellent report writing skills with experience in delivering asset management reports for major government and private infrastructure asset owners;
Excellent verbal communications skills with the ability to present concepts to various stakeholders, as well as the ability to influence the direction of asset management discussions;
Excellent client focus to foster relationships with asset owner clients and contractors;
