This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation and play a pivotal role in shaping HR and Employee Relations policies.
Our government sector client is seeking an AO7 Principal Employee Relations Advisor for a six-month contract, based in Brisbane's inner southern suburbs.
Hybrid: Flexible work options6 months contractOpportunity to contribute to positive workplace cultureKey Responsibilities: Draft, review, and update HR and ER policies to ensure compliance with legislation and operational goals.Develop engaging materials such as fact sheets and guides to support employees and managers.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies reflect best practices and organisational values.Assist in implementing and communicating updated policies across the organisation.Continuously improve existing policies to align with industry standards.What We're Looking For: Demonstrated experience in HR or ER with a focus on policy development and implementation.Strong writing skills to simplify complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content.Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent organisational and communication skills, with great attention to detail.A proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative mindset.Highly Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Employee/Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business, or Public Policy.Experience working within government or public sector environments.Ability to work in a predominantly office-based arrangement (60/40 split).Why Join Us?
