The Opportunity As the Principal Electrical Engineer you'll lead electrical engineering design, collaborate across disciplines and deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
From contributing to estimates and proposals to ensuring high-quality, on-budget and on-schedule deliverables, you'll play a key part in maintaining Kent's reputation for excellence.

About you: The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in onshore or offshore oil and gas projects.
Expertise in conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design and low/medium-voltage systems (Switchboards, Generators, Transformers, UPS, VSDs) is essential.
Strong skills in power system modelling, hazardous area classification and international standards (IEEE, IEC, BS) are required.
We're looking for a safety-focused leader with excellent communication skills, capable of mentoring others and working independently.
Desirable qualifications include Chartered status, postgraduate degrees, and certifications like EEHA or HAC.
