The Integrated Workforce Management Program in the Department of Health are seeking an experienced Principal Data Analyst to provide specialist technical leadership to design a reporting framework comprising reports, KPIs and requiring data analysis to monitor and report performance of the IWFM Stage 3 Program and HHSs against agreed outcomes and other measures.
The Principal Data Analyst will l ead reporting deliverables which includes extracting data from multiple sources; importing and merging data into databases; creating dashboards and report templates; producing reports; analysing performance results; and developing and delivering key findings.
About the Integrated Workforce Management Program: The Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program is a key strategic initiative for Queensland Health that will enhance the roster-to-pay process, deliver positive outcomes to support enhanced workforce management and drive the delivery of tangible benefits for both Hospital and Health Services (HHS) and the Department of Health, through improved tools, processes, and access to workforce decision-support information where and when it is needed.
