This is an exciting opportunity to use your strong technical skills and knowledge and apply these to the Department of Treasury and Finance's cybersecurity operations and improvements area.
As part of a small team, you will provide information and technology associated security advice to a range of stakeholders, undertake or oversee cybersecurity improvement projects and initiatives, and assist with delivering ICT security related outcomes to the Department.

Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience in developing and applying risk-based approaches to enhance cybersecurity of modern IT infrastructure, services, and solutions.Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills including the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the Department.Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.Advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.Competence in making security related recommendations that address complex business needs.If you are eager to establish or extend a career in cybersecurity, and you enjoy meeting challenges while learning in a continuously changing but supportive environment, then this is the role for you.

This includes managing and delivering technology and information management related projects.
