Salary: $134,593 to $157,355 (Plus Superannuation)Ongoing roleUsual hours of work: Full timeUsual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available)The Role The Principal Consultant, Workplace Relations is responsible for the delivery of the full range of workplace relations functions and will play a lead role in providing expert workplace relations advice and support at all levels within the department and across its portfolio agencies.
The responsibilities of the principal consultant will include:
Provide strategic input into the interpretation of government policies, legislation and industrial relations initiativesSupport portfolio agencies throughout the bargaining processEstablish and maintain positive and effective relationships with key stakeholdersAbout You You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
