Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: Minimum of 4 - 8 years of experience in delivery of Workday HCM and/or Financials solutions Project Management: Proven experience leading Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, with a track record of successful delivery in complex environments on time and budget Consulting Skills: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a supportive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely Tasks & Responsibilities Leadership: As a member of the leadership team, you will be working with the CEO, CPPO, and peers to operate and grow the business Project Leadership: Lead and manage full lifecycle Workday HCM and Financials implementations, from planning and design through to execution, testing, and deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing expert guidance on Workday project delivery best practices.
Proactively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
