Salary: (150742 - 171215) AUD Annual Gross
Roles and Responsibilities Manage project timelines, SLAs, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Lead cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and subject matter experts. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose tailored SAP EAM solutions. Develop a deep understanding of client business processes, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance. Architect and design integrated EAM solutions that align with client business objectives and leverage SAP EAM capabilities. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support on technical and functional aspects of EAM. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business needs. Proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope of EAM projects and provide additional value to clients.
