We are currently seeking a Principal to join the Symphony Consulting team.
In this client facing role, you will be the Subject Matter Expert, leveraging data and analytic solutions to assist our life science clients improve the commercialization process and lifecycle management endeavors.
You will lead strategic initiatives and ensure the successful execution of projects that drive organizational growth and innovation.
What You Will Be Doing Developing and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives.
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Driving the development of tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into strategic initiatives.
Contributing to organizational growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Your Profile Bachelor's Degree required, Masters Degree preferred (preference for degrees in business, marketing, research-based social science, statistics, pharmacology) 7+ years of experience designing, selling and/or delivering data-based analytics solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers, including solutions which leverage patient and payer related data Ability to successfully develop data-based solutions to complex business problems faced by pharmaceutical marketers or HEOR specialists, present those ideas in person and via proposals by showcasing a deep understanding of the business problem and potential solutions Demonstrated deep knowledge and understanding of healthcare data including claims, EMR and other clinical data to support the design of analytic solutions Strong communication skills, including written and oral communication, including the ability to create a 'story' in the selling and delivery process, demonstrated through at least 2 years of client facing experience Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required, preference for familiarity with SAS, SPSS, SQL or R Based in the US, and able to to travel (including overnight) up to 40% of time #LI-LE1 #LI-REMOTE What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
