About the role
Along with managing your own caseload, you will be providing thought leadership and expertise within your special interest area, whether that is account management, business development or quality. Staying abreast of industry trends through structured professional development, you will also impart your knowledge to others as you influence best practice in workplace rehabilitation.
With no day the same, the role includes: Conducting assessment and delivering RTW case management as part of managing a portfolio of workplace rehabilitation casesMentoring and coaching consultants to support their achievement of service delivery targets and quality standardsContributing to and championing the development and implementation of innovative product and service offeringsDeveloping key accounts by ensuring exceptional service to our customers with regular reviews, contact and continuous improvementAssisting to create a culture of high performance and growth in all aspects of business developmentAbout you: Full AHPRA Registration as Provisional or Registered Psychologist Full ASORC Registration as an Rehabilitation CounsellorPrior experience in the field of Occupational RehabilitationPrior experience managing and leading a teamDemonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employeesAbility to consistently provide high-level customer service and grow business by way of increased referralsCar and drivers licenseTake the next step
