Your expertise will contribute to aligning our operational needs with strategic requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Manager, Organisational Development, and Executive Directors, People and Culture across the Regional Local Health Networks.Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development, you will provide expert advice and support on complex organisational development matters, working collaboratively with colleagues across SA Health.
Your strategic insights and innovative solutions will drive positive change, contributing to the achievement of SA Government, SA Health, and Regional Local Health Networks' goals and objectives.To excel in this role, you will possess an appropriate post-secondary qualification in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
