This role focuses on advising, modeling, and analyzing transport operations to develop and implement effective operational strategies. The Principal Consultant will manage a growing team and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions.The role is based at our Sydney CBD location and we also welcome a hybrid flexible working model.Missions/Main DutiesDevelop Concept of Operations for new or changed networks.Create and assess timetables, ensuring feasibility.Determine rolling stock and crew requirements for new networks or timetables.Evaluate signalling design capacity and network performance under perturbed conditions.Lead and manage a team of 3-8 staff members.Assign roles and tasks to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.Profile/SkillsAbout You:This is our desired list of qualifications and experience.
