This is a hybrid work arrangement where work will be undertaken both from home, customer or their modern CBD offices in Australia or Singapore.As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for leading end to end Data & Analytics projects that involve Data Migration, Data Integration, Data Modelling, and Reporting.Your role will require you to understand customer requirements, design a complete solution leveraging Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Databricks in a customer's new or existing Azure environment.Your will lead a technical team including Business Analysts, Data Engineers and BI/Analytics developers, lead stakeholder communication, architect the required solutions, spearhead the development of data pipelines with more junior team-members, build semantic models to support reporting, and test and deploy the end-to-end solution.You will also champion and follow development and DevOps best practices such as CI/CD and be proficient in using code management tools such GitHub.Day to dayCustomer and internal stakeholder management.Working as an individual contributor or leading a team of Data Engineers and/or BI Developers on projects.Architecting solutions and Development in technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Power BI.Develop, maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated releases.Document solutions as per best practices.Train both internal and customer stakeholders.Test and deploy the end-to-end solution.RequirementsProven experience in stakeholder management, leading Data & Analytics projects, and teamsProven experience in designing and building Microsoft Azure based Data & Analytics solutions (at least 5 years' experience)Proven experience in Data/Semantic Modelling using one of these techniques: Kimball or InmonProven experience designing and building solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse and Azure Data LakeStrong experience with SQL, Python, PysparkProven experience working with Git and CI/CD toolingMust haveELT Tools: Azure Data Factory / Synapse PipelinesDatabase/Data Lake: T-SQL and Spark on AzureReporting: Microsoft Power BICode Management: GitHub or Azure ReposCI/CD: Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsNiceMicrosoft Fabric (including certification)Azure fundamentalsNote: Flexible location across Australia, Singapore or South East Asia however sponsorship is NOT an option#Data Fabric#J-18808-Ljbffr
