It provides a range of critical functions including the oversight and coordination of the Department's governance, audit and risk management, business continuity planning, and performance reporting. It also oversees the monitoring and implementation of the strategic management framework. The directorate operates at whole-of-agency level and works across activities and projects that target good governance and risk practices.The Principal Consultant Governance and Strategy manages the development and delivery of key projects, activities, and practices, including the Department's Annual Report, Strategic and Corporate Plans, performance reporting, and internal policy framework.
