We have worked with organisations in the culture, leadership, and business transformation space for over 39 years, across multiple geographies andsectors.We are seeking deeply experienced organisation development consultants to help grow our business in Brisbane. You will bring extensive experience in shaping and leading large and complex end-to-end business and culture transformation projects. Alongside that, you must have an impressive track record for bringing in sizeable projects, underpinned by a hunger and passion for business development. We expect you to bring a healthy network with you, and to hit the ground running when it comes to nurturing prospects and winning work.The work will be varied and include:Growing our business, with a focus on the East Coast. This means identifying new business opportunities for Keogh, targeting potential clients, and working with the Keogh team to pitch solutionsContributing to shaping and implementing our strategyFinding and nurturing strategic partnerships that will help Keogh grow as a business and as a thought leaderEnsuring we have access to high quality talent to support our client commitments e.g. through associate models, strategic partnerships, university placementsWorking with the C-suite to design, lead, and implement solutions to maximise organisational performance (e.g. business transformation, culture change, leadership development, organisation re-design)Supporting strategy development and implementation at the Board and Executive levelCoaching C-suite individuals and teams across a range of industriesProactively contributing to our marketing and PR strategy and campaignsContributing to and developing IP for Keogh that will maximise our contribution to our client and improve our sustainabilityWorking with the team to support a high-performing flourishing culture in BrisbaneManaging client projects, ensuring that we are delivering quality work on time and on budgetWhat you need to be successful

KnowledgeA post-graduate qualification in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Management or equivalentAccreditation in recognised psychometric tools such as LSI, LI, OCI, GENOS, CCL, BarOn EQi, MBTI, Leadership Circle Profile is desirableFormal credentials in coaching, human-centred design thinking, graphic facilitation, and project management methodologies such as Agile will also be favourably considered.Skills and ExperienceSignificant experience in shaping and leading business and culture transformations across whole of business, technology, process, and peopleSolid business commercial skillsFacilitation masteryEvidence of successful coaching at the C-suite level. Global experience is highly desirableCompelling people and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectivelyA proven track-record for business development at board and executive levelExperience in complex organisational Project ManagementDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small, diverse team environmentExperience leading, coaching, and mentoring a multi-disciplinary teamWho you areWe want a self-motivated and pro-active individual, who has mastered the contradictory mix of working independently and effectively in a teamYou value collaboration, are open to learning from others and eager to share your knowledgeYou have high levels of empathy, and are able to connect with all levels in the organization and quickly build trustWhile you will have successfully worked with all levels of leadership, gaining the confidence of the C-suite is what you are expert atYou are driven by curiosity, always learning and growingYou have the ability to create and engage others in the big picture.
