Talk to us about how this could work for you. Period of Appointment Up to 6 months Hours per fortnight Up to 73.5 hours - flexible options available. Duties Provide high level support to Director Corporate Services to lead and manage Business units within CGS and to foster continued improvement in processes and compliance activities. Provide strategic advice and analysis in relation to the administration procedures and work processes. This will include collaboration between CGS business units to prepare and manage the development and maintenance of Division's documentation of business requirements, processes, and reports consistent with relevant legislation requirements and Government policies. Manage the financial resources directly associated with strategic planning and organisational development initiatives. Provide leadership within CGS on a range of change processes that support the delivery of technology, governance, financial, health and safety and physical resource functions. Provide recommendations and specialist advice in the development of business cases and option papers for new systems or the enhancement of existing systems that will improve the efficiency of the Division. Resolve complicated project issues and develop appropriate strategies for their resolution. Work closely and proactively with teams to identify pain points and inefficiencies in business operations. Prioritise improvement opportunities based upon agreed frameworks, and develop and propose solutions to address identified process and system improvement opportunities. Manage the relationships with key stakeholders of the Division to ensure high level of satisfaction with the responsiveness, professionalism and cost effectiveness of corporate services.
