Experience in conflict resolution services, psychological assessments, change management and delivering strategic human resource solutions is highly desirable.In this role, you will:Deliver high quality, engaging and contemporary workplace consulting services in the areas of mental health and wellbeingRecognise and anticipate real or potential risks and provide appropriate recommendations for interventionExplore solutions which optimise workplace health and wellbeingPartner with clients to design and deliver evidence-based training programsDeliver team assessments in a wide range of organisational environments, provide analysis and complete comprehensive reportsUnderstand issues common to workplace relations and employment frameworksWork flexibly across various locationsYou will have:Registration as a mental health Professional (i.e. Psychologist or Social worker)Experience working with complex organisational human resources environments and delivering strategic human resource solutionsExperience in designing and delivering adult education and training programs in mental health and wellbeingExperience in workplace conflict resolution and accreditation with the Mediator Standards Board is desirableA willingness to work in psychometric assessment is highly desirableCertificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirableA driver's licence, own vehicle and a willingness and flexibility to deliver services across Brisbane and regional areas in QLD will be highly regardedWorking at Converge means joining a diverse, talented, and caring community where our people feel included, valued and connected.
