About the Role As the Principal Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of climate innovation, driving transformative sustainability solutions for our client's portfolio of organisations.
Reporting directly to the Head of Impact Solutions, you will lead a team of skilled consultants, providing strategic guidance, developing cutting-edge tools, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects.
Your work will be pivotal in advancing their mission to help organizations align with net zero pathways and adhere to the highest standards of environmental responsibility.

What You'll Do Strategic Leadership: Provide expert guidance on climate impact management, strategy development, and compliance with evolving standards.
Service Line Growth: Partner with senior leaders to expand our client's Net-Zero Strategy Service, creating value for clients and scaling capabilities.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the quality and success of client engagements.
Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, forging strong, lasting relationships with clients, and driving business development.
Financial Management : Oversee budgets and financial performance, ensuring projects are profitable and aligned with strategic goals.
Profile You are an industry leader with close to 10 years of experience in professional services or a technical environmental role.
You have a strong academic background in environmental science, engineering, or economics, and a master's degree is highly advantageous.
Your expertise in carbon accounting, climate strategy, and risk management is unmatched, and you have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
