Job DescriptionThe Role As a Principal, you will play a key leadership role within our Company Secretary team and greater Professional Services business. You will lead a high-performing team, building a culture of collaboration and professional growth while ensuring operational efficiency and accurate performance management.
Your ability to build strong client relationships and manage escalations will be key in delivering exceptional service. With significant experience in ASX regulations and compliance, you'll contribute to developing client strategies that align with organisational objectives.
Responsibilities Team performance management, including timesheet accuracy and the implementation of operational improvements to enhance efficiency.Assist with recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, building a strong culture of collaboration and professional growth.Build and maintain key client relationships, ensuring effective client allocation and managing escalations to deliver exceptional service.Contribute to the development and review of client strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and identifying future service delivery opportunities.Monitor key performance metrics to assess team and operational performance.Manage a team of Company Secretaries and Assistant Company Secretaries to achieve the team's set goals.Desired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated Capabilities Hold a relevant tertiary qualification.8+ years of experience in a Company Secretarial role.Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams within a professional services environment.Practical ASX experience, demonstrating a thorough understanding of ASX Listing Rules and how they impact corporate governance.Expertise in the Corporations Act and compliance with ASIC requirements, ensuring that all activities align with regulatory expectations.Diversity
