The role is responsible for:
Leading, planning and implementing communication, media and wider stakeholder engagement strategies for the agency.Developing, writing, producing and editing high quality, clear and succinct communications content for multiple channels.Participating in committees, working parties and other groups regarding stakeholder engagement and establishing effective engagement mechanisms to gain insights and inform organisational awareness of their priorities and challenges.Contributing to the development of departmental communication, media and social media policies, guidelines and procedures.About You We are looking for a dynamic communicator with high quality content creation skills and strong attention to compositional detail.
As our ideal candidate, you will have proven experience in developing and implementing internal and external communication and engagement strategies across a range of service platforms.
You will have the ability to think creatively and function effectively in a politically sensitive environment and be proactive in keeping abreast of emerging issues.
To be successful you will have exceptional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills which enables you to maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and staff at all levels.
