Principal Change Management Officer

Contract/TempYou will provide expert advice working with the Portfolio Executive Director, Program Directors, Project Leads and the Partnerships and Improvement team in Supply Chain Branch to deliver high-quality, effective change processes and documentation, in a manner consistent with relevant legislative and industrial requirements.Essential RequirementsProven experience and knowledge of leading and managing complex change initiatives in large organisations, especially where behavioural or cultural change is needed.Demonstrated high level communication skills, including ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders (internal, customers and unions), in a confident and professional manner and influencing outcomes.Proven experience in proactively leading, supporting and engaging stakeholders in organisational and cultural change processes, being responsive, and delivering on strategic intent.Proven ability to guide, educate and support senior leadership and line managers to lead change programs, engage employees and achieve key objectives.Behavioural Competencies RequiredThe department is committed to leadership at all levels of our organisation, in this role you will be required to display the following leadership behaviours:Thinks critically and acts on the broader purpose of the system.Gathers insight and embraces new ideas and innovation to inform future practice.Makes considered, ethical and courageous decisions based on insight into the broader context.Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes.How to ApplyPlease provide the following information to the panel to assess your suitability:A short-written response (maximum 1-2 pages, dot points acceptable) on how your experience, abilities, knowledge and personal qualities would enable you to achieve the key responsibilities and meet the skill requirements of the role.Your current CV or resume, including two referees who have a thorough knowledge of your capabilities, work performance and conduct within the previous two years.
