Key Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in driving the vision and execution of the Business Intelligence team's objectives. This includes close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, extract, process, and prepare data, as well as generate insights by designing dynamic, self-service reports tailored to users' needs.
The Principal Business Intelligence Analyst offers on-demand support to various business units as necessary, ensuring that all data and analytics needs are fulfilled accurately and promptly, in alignment with the strategic goals and priorities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics Expertise. Extensive experience in BI tools, particularly Power BI. Advanced SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and analysing data. Able to develop reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Leadership and Mentorship: Experience coaching junior team members to improve technical skills. Ability to drive continuous improvement in team processes and solutions.
Technical Communication: Can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in documentation and providing clear insights from data.

The roles are based just outside of the CBD and the company offers a hybrid WFH/Office setup.
