Description:Marsh is seeking candidates for the position of Principal Broker.
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Principal with a strong background in new business and account management in Property and Casualty to join our Corporate team.
This role will provide exposure to leading and participating in large new business tenders and proposals, building a network of opportunities, and designing and placing complex insurance programs.
We will count on you to: Develop, pursue and convert new business opportunities.Grow a corporate portfolio through new logo and organic expanded opportunities.On-board new clients and deliver on our value proposition.Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers at a senior level.Maintain a portfolio of key revenue-generating accounts while ensuring high-quality customer service.Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies.Ensure effective account retention and defense strategies are in place for all clients.Actively participate in all claim-related matters and track new business opportunities.What you need to have: 5+ years of corporate broking experience.Proven ability to produce new business.Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products for key industry sectors.Strong market presence within General Insurance.What makes you stand out: Strong new business network to generate opportunities.Energy, enthusiasm, and proactive attitude.High degree of commitment to client service.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.What's in it for you?
