Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Principal/ Associate Director Structural Engineer specialising in Ports & Marines to join our team in Perth, Australia.
This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.

Lead and oversee complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine facilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for the structural engineering team

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers

Ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations and standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients

Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

Drive innovation in structural design methodologies for marine environments

Oversee quality control processes and implement best practices

Contribute to the company's thought leadership through publications and presentations

Qualifications

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with extensive experience in ports and marine projects

Recognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Similar)

Proven project management and design experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority

Track record of technical expertise delivering Ports and Marine projects

Advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices, particularly in marine environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
