WHAT YOU'LL DO Due to upcoming parental leave, we're recruiting a Principal Assistant (PA) to join our Operations cohort on 12 month fixed term contract in Sydney or Canberra.
As a dynamic, driven Principal Assistant you'll work with minimal direction to support several Principals and Partners.
You will manage and assume responsibility for your stakeholders' agendas, effectively and proactively prioritising to ensure that the consultants we support have what they need to seamlessly serve the needs of our clients.
You'll make decisions and give guidance to others based on your knowledge of the client and your stakeholder preferences.
You'll book travel, schedule meetings, keep track of time and expenses, support the consulting team process, and generally keep up with the fast pace of our most senior consulting staff.
You will be surrounded by an Operations Team that consists of a group of really service and team-oriented people.
PAs actively participate in office life, are flexible and willing to help fellow team members, and collaborate across functions.
YOU'RE GOOD AT Principal Support Proactively manage and coordinate daily schedules across several time zones and ensure Principal is fully briefed and organised Manage and coordinate complex travel and related logistics including Visa and Passports to the best efficiencies and in accordance with BCG policy Schedule client, case team and administrative meetings, and manage all associated logistics Support Principals commercial agenda, understand case & client requirements Serve as a vital point of contact for case teams with regards to Principal's calendar and Logistics Manage requirements and provide administrative support as directed by Principal Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients Supporting Principals Cases Serve as a vital point of contact for case teams with regards to Principal's calendar and Logistics Manage requirements and provide administrative support as directed by Principal Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients Assist with minor visual edits to slides if directed by Principal Complete ad hoc case team administrative duties General Administration Filter correspondence and telephone calls Maintain electronic filing systems and client databases (CRM) Submit and reconcile timesheets and expenses Complete ad hoc administrative duties, including support to some PL lead case teams if required YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Prior experience as a Team Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting several senior executives; professional services experience is advantageous, but not a necessity Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience.
