The Role:As a Principal Architect, you will take on a leadership position and play a pivotal role in running projects.
We are looking for someone adept at navigating projects from inception to DA stage and beyond.
You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of high-quality residential and hospitality projects, including larger-scale apartment, retail, office, and mixed-use projects.
The role will require you to provide technical expertise at all stages of projects and ensure the effective management of the studio's operations.
You will also be integral in aligning project goals with the studio's vision, promoting architectural excellence, and fostering strong client and vendor relationships.
The Person:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' professional practice experience, including expertise in high-end residential and apartment projects (over $100M).
You should have completed tertiary education in architecture and possess strong technical knowledge.
A passion for architecture, a hit with clients, and a track record working with T1 & 2 Developers and Property companies in Brisbane is essential.
