What you'll do: Lead the planning, development, and execution of software development tasks independently. Design, develop, and deploy full-stack systems with a focus on AI integration. Implement high-performance AI/ML solutions and optimise system performance. Stay up-to-date with evolving AI technologies and cloud-native practices. Resolve performance issues within AI enabled systems and server infrastructures. Optimise performance of AI frameworks and hardware infrastructures using Python 3 frameworks. Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure infrastructure reliability through tools such as Jenkins or GitLab. Provide clear feedback to junior engineers and team members to enhance team performance. What you bring: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, including designing and deploying full-stack systems. Expertise in Python 3 and related frameworks such as SQLAlchemy, FastAPI, Flask. Deep experience with AI frameworks like Haystack, Langchain, MS Semantic Kernel. Proficiency with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform, Ansible, Docker for infrastructure management. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues. Experience mentoring junior engineers.
