You'll work with an advanced system (Property Me), though we are looking for someone who is eager to implement improvements and streamline processes. Your role will focus on delivering outstanding client service, driving new business, and capitalising on our strong referral network. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will benefit from commission-based earnings on successful deals.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.Consult with clients on market conditions, prices, financing, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal.Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.Manage property auctions and exchanges.Maintain and update listings of available properties.Develop networks and cooperate with solicitors, mortgage lenders, and contractors.Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.Maintain and expand upon industry knowledge including best practices, pricing, land zoning updates, and recent deals.Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure efficient progress of lease and sale contracts in a deal.What Can We Offer?Strong base salary with attractive commission structure.A well-established referral pipeline from our accounting and advisory clients.Leadership of a growing practice with autonomy to drive change and innovation.Use of Property Me with opportunities to influence and improve processes.Collaborative, supportive work environment backed by a successful firm.What You Will Need to SucceedFull real estate licence in Victoria.Proven experience as a Principal Agent or Senior Agent.Strong leadership and people management skills.Commitment to process improvement and operational efficiency.Experience with Property Me (preferred but not essential).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A passion for building client relationships and driving business growth.
