The role encompasses core health and safety systems, employee rehabilitation from work and non-work-related injuries, effective return-to-work strategies, and strategic development.This role is critical for driving continuous improvement in health and safety management, focusing on achieving optimal performance and outcomes.Predominantly project-focused, the role addresses key safety trends and issues, while also providing support to other roles during peak periods or absences.About Central West Hospital and Health Service - Our diverse and rewarding work environment is as unique and dynamic as Central West Queensland itself.
