Principal Advisor, Regional Services, Far North Queensland RegionOur Far North Region Cairns Office is looking for a dynamic and experienced leader in our Policy and Communications (PaC) Team. This includes making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.The Principal Advisor, Regional Services (PaC) WillProvide authoritative strategic and operational advice to regional leaders on a wide range of legislative, policy and procedural issues.Oversee governance processes and quality systems for the management of complaints, and internal and external communications in line with the Department's Customer Complaints.Manage policy and procedure, including reporting and records management. Undertake high level internal reviews of complaints and decisions.Manage the preparation of complex reports, submissions and briefs, in accordance with the Department's processes.Demonstrate ability to provide high level capability development of school leaders and regional teams in the area of complaint and appeal management with a focus on developing continual improvement strategies.Interested?
