You will be responsible for the planning, development and operational delivery of numerousworkforce and HR-related initiatives to improve the management and performance of staff in Payroll Transactional Services.

The essential requirements for this role are-
High level knowledge and experience of workforce management transition activities, including benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, communications and training, within a large, complex organisation.Demonstrated experience in the coordination, planning, monitoring and reporting/reviewing of budget, complex human resource and other business management matters.Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders.Demonstrated high level consultative, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills including the ability to direct and influence others through the provision of high level advice and preparation of high quality reports, briefs, recommendations and proposals.Proven highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.Key Repsonsibilities include: Provide expert advice using information management systems to manage, process, plan, monitor and report on administration, finance, human resources, information management, and procurement matters as they impact Payroll Services.Prepare and review complex reports, briefings and correspondence and initiate action associated with financial, human resources, and other workforce management mattersProvide expert HR and IR advice to ensure the workforce improvement initiatives are aligned and traceable to business requirements and ensure business outcomes are met.Provide a support and mentoring role to Payroll leaders in the areas of organisational change, industrial relations, human resource policy and workforce management activities.Support the Senior Director to maintain an accurate record and forecast of workforce expenditure and reporting of workforce budget activities.Mandatory qualifications, registrations and toher requirements: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.Travel across Southeast Queensland and Regional Queensland will be required.How to Apply: A short-written response (maximum 1-2 pages, dot points acceptable) on how your experience, abilities, knowledge and personal qualities would enable you to achieve the key responsibilities and meet the skill requirements of the role.Your current CV or resume, including two refereeswho have a thorough knowledge of your capabilities, work performance and conduct within the previous two years.
