We have a fantastic temporary opportunity to join the Office of the General Manager team, Passenger Transport Services Branch at Translink Division as a Principal Advisor to work with a fun and engaging team.
The Passenger Transport Services Branch oversees a multi-modal network across the state, collaborates with delivery partners to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient public transport services, including delivering customers with real-time information.
Join our dynamic team as an HR Leader, where you'll guide and coach your HR team and provide expert advice on human resources policies and legislation. You'll excel in supporting senior managers with complex case management and employee relations matters, while delivering exceptional, customer-focused HR services to our internal clients. You'll develop and implement robust HR processes and systems, create high-quality reports, and build strong client relationships to deliver tailored HR solutions.
We're looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in operational and generalist advisory roles, knowledge of relevant legislation, and expertise in employee relations and case management. You'll lead strategically, prioritize projects efficiently, and use data to empower collaborative decision-making.
