Job detailsHere's how the job details align with your profile.Job typeFixed termLocationPulled from the full job descriptionAnnual leaveParental leaveSalary packagingFull job descriptionWhat you will do: In your role, you will: Develop and maintain governance frameworks, process flows, and registers to support the prioritisation and progression of all facility-related activities and provide ongoing monitoring and detailed reporting on project progress to both CSB leadership teams and Regional Management.Actively engage across CSB and Corporate Facilities to champion a positive, collaborative partnership ensuring CSB's facilities program of work is effectively progressed. While working closely with regional representatives to coordinate and successfully deliver CSB's demanding facilities program, providing leadership and trusted advice to Regional Finance and Business Management advisers.Partner with Corporate Facilities and CSB stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of a safe, accessible, and inclusive network through a program of works and assist in prototyping and trailing initiatives as part of the branches strategic and operational strategies, this will include but not limited to minor and major capital works, planned/unplanned maintenance, and special projects.Manage escalated issues and assist in the resolution of complex issues associated with all Facilities and special projects.Lead and co-ordinate regular status updates with key stakeholders, this will include but not limited to Corporate Facilities, Workplace Health and Safety, CSB's Accessibility and Inclusion program, Local Management and Regional representatives.Contribute to the development, review, evaluation, and continuous improvement of existing internal business processes and network planning to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and economy, while ensuring the maintenance of sound facility management practices and service delivery improvements.Who we are looking for: An individual with: Degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Diploma in Facilities Management, or equivalent qualification.Experience in a leadership role managing various stakeholder relationships and project deliverables, with a demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external partnerships that prioritise customer-centric service.Ability to review and prepare correspondence, briefs, and project documentation, demonstrating a solid understanding of facility management practices.Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to utilise these skills to improve processes to ensure that organisational objectives are achieved.Be part of something bigger: Your contribution will not only influence the growth and capability of CSB staff but also shape the experiences of the Queensland community we serve.What we offer: Work and Life balance, including 'flex time' and flexible work arrangements with a working from home option.Convenient northside location with ample parking and public transport nearby.The chance to make a significant impact within a dedicated team.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Generous leave including: 4 weeks annual leave.2 weeks sick leave per year.Long-service leave after 7 years.Salary sacrificing.Parental leave.Generous superannuation.Ready to make a difference?
