Management and resolution of industrial disputationNegotiation of employment conditions including enterprise bargainingAdvocacy on behalf of the Department, including before the Queensland Industrial Relations CommissionUnion consultation and relationship managementManaging employee performance and absence managementPolicy and guidelines/procedure development and review of industrial instruments/directivesApplications to remain current for 12 months.
