The role will require high level analytical skill, research, people engagement, advocacy and reporting ability.
Providing leadership and support of C&K's approach to curriculum and pedagogy.Ensuring effective integration of functions and strategies to deliver quality early childhood education services and programs through development and delivery of training, resources and materials to support educators.Ensuring C&K's education programs and strategies are compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, education standards, and C&K policies, procedures and operational standards.Managing and supporting innovative projects and programs in relation to pedagogy and practice.Implementing research, initiatives and projects to showcase best practice and strengthen C&K's position as a leader in quality early education.Supporting, implementing and working collaboratively across C&K Central and Regional Teams on strategies to deliver consistent, high quality early childhood education programs.5 days a week| Fixed Term Full Time contract until 31 December 2026 Your Expertise To thrive and succeed in this role, the below will also be key:
