About ACC Echuca ACC Echuca, is located at Echuca, Victoria, and is a P-10, co-ed, Christian school. Secondary year groups are being added each year until P-12 is catered for.

Core Responsibilities & Duties Plan and implement a range of teaching programs or courses of study;Have the content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students;Demonstrate a commitment to improving professional practice through coaching and professional developmentProvide a child safe environment in accordance with the child safe standards;Participate in child safety and wellbeing induction and training provided by the school and always follow the school's child safety and wellbeing policies and procedures;Act in accordance with our Child Safety Code of Conduct;Identify and raise concerns about child safety issues in accordance with our Child Safety Responding and Reporting Obligations Policy and Procedures, including following the Four Critical Actions for Schools;Ensure students' views are taken seriously and their voices are heard about decisions that affect their lives;Model and promote the vision and values of the school;Teach an area of the curriculum;Maintain records of class attendance and recording student progress;Implement effective student management consistent with the school's strategic plan;Attend and participate in staff meetings as required;Be actively involved in regular staff devotions and prayer.About the Role ACC Echuca is seeking to appoint a full-time Christian Primary Teacher.The successful candidate will need to have the capacity to:
Actively lead the Christian formation of students;Actively lead in delivering Pastoral Care from a genuine Christian faith;Contribute to an inclusive approach to learning and a cross cultural understanding in our students;Develop an approach to education that is biblically grounded, Christ focused, culturally engaging, and academically rigorous. Preference would be given to teachers familiar with an Explicit Instruction model of teaching;Teach the prescribed curriculum within a conducive learning environment to develop student's interests, skills and abilities; andContribute to the school community by participating in staff meetings, extra-curricular tasks, and liaising with parents where appropriate.RequirementsAbout You You have a relevant bachelor degree and any other relevant teaching qualifications (i.e. Masters of Education).You have at least 2 years relevant teaching experience.You are passionate about impacting students' minds and hearts and for providing a safe, supportive learning environment.You are highly relational and committed to a holistic view of teaching and of student welfare.You are keen to collaborate with colleagues in developing and implementing teaching and learning programs.You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.Become a member of a highly supportive team of professionals.Be part of a strong community culture.Work with well established and resourced teaching programs.Deepen your understanding of Christian Education in practice.Salary range is $89,792 - $124,243 dependent upon relevant teaching qualifications and experiences.How to ApplyOnly applicants who apply via the link below will be considered:
