John Paul College (JPC) Primary School is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Assistants (Teacher Aides) to join our vibrant team! The Key Responsibilities in these roles will include:
Assisting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activitiesProviding one-on-one or small group support to studentsHelping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environmentSupporting students with diverse learning needsPreparing classroom materials and resources as directed by the teacherWorking collaboratively with other College staff to promote student well-being and achievementDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout You:We are seeking candidates who are passionate about education and eager to become a key part of our Primary School team. Ideally, you will hold a Certificate III in Education Support and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to providing high-quality student support. Your knowledge, experience, and practical skills will empower you to contribute effectively to student learning and growth.
As this role involves working directly with children on campus, the successful candidate must have a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card Services, Queensland) and a valid First Aid qualification.
