About this role
As a member of the schools Leadership Team, the Primary Coordinator will be responsible for creating an engaging and challenging learning environment that fosters a strong desire for students to achieve their personal best. The primary coordinator leads culture, discipline, staff management and a biblically founded learning environment. This position involves assisting the Principal in ensuring the effective operation of the primary school, aligned with the strategic vision of Marrara Christian College and the broader NT Christian Schools organisation.
