Details: Telopea Park School is looking for a self-motivated, highly capable Primary Administration Officer to lead the day-to-day primary front office activities, including greeting visitors, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining accurate student records.
The Primary Administration Officer collaborates closely with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate effective communication and support the overall educational environment. The position includes managing attendance, coordinating appointments, assisting with various administrative tasks, and providing first aid. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a commitment to fostering a positive school community.

Eligibility/Other Requirements MANDATORY: Evidence of a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 or the ability to obtain registration.First Aid Certificate or a willingness to undertake appropriate training.DESIRABLE: Experience in an administration role in an education setting.Certificate III or equivalent e.g. Business administration, Government Services, School Support Services, and/or Information and Cultural Services.Note: Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
