Leading Animal Health organisation is hiring for a Pricing & Rebate Analyst to join their team! APPLY NOW!

Primary activities include, but are not limited to:
Manage rebate process for BU and ANZ, as requiredManage pricing actions for BU and ANZ, as requiredSupport rebate and pricing for the BU including rebate analytics, trackers and calculationsBe part of the Customer Engagement team and liaise with the Finance teamCollaborate with BSC & Customer Effectiveness groups on timely payment & communication of rebatesTimely reconciliation of rebates related GL accounts and True up (accrual vs payments)Collaborate with local team and Business Service Centre (BSC) to manage the quarterly forecasts and the annual planning processSupport Business Unit Lead with forecasts, pricing and business opportunities focusing on key account and key products.Support business review and analyse business performance against key metrics and assist in the understanding of key risks and opportunitiesCollect and provide commentary on major variances to forecasts, budgets and prior year actual results.Liaise with local finance and BSC teams and manage consolidation, analysis, and reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual sales and expenses and insights into the drivers of key variancesCustomer centricity, proactively seek to understand customer requirements and expectations to continuously enhance the support provided to the business unitEstablish New Ways of Working through continuous review & improvement of processes, such as standardize & simplify, automate time-intensive manual stepsHelp to enforce financial controls within the organization, including assurance of financial integrity and accuracy around the monthly close processBecome proficient in using the financial applications and systems (e.g. Local Planning Tool, IFP, BPC, SAP, etc.) Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications required: Demonstrated experience in pricing, rebates and FP&A rolesSAP Experience is a must.Credit note experience is a must.Possess analytical skills.Ability to provide technical expertise to support cross functional teams.Ability to plan, organize and prioritizeAbility to think beyond numbers and combine data with strategy and financial insightAbility to influence stakeholders to meet deadlines & financial requirements within defined guidelines.Ability to build strong relationships with senior management coupled with excellent communication skillsExperience within the pharmaceutical or Animal Health industry preferred but not essentialIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel If interested APPLY NOW!
