About the role: The Pricing & Product Operations Analyst, within the Product Operations and Development team, focuses on maintaining business requirements for AGL's energy products to support overall strategies. This role will provide data, insights, and expertise to help Customer Markets deliver competitive products while optimizing gross margin and balancing acquisition, retention, and cross-sell/upsell objectives.
The Analyst will collaborate with the Pricing & Product Operations Manager on acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring effective customer experiences in product and pricing interactions. Key responsibilities include overseeing product system processes for compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery, while minimizing SAP-related errors.
What you'll be doing: Delivery of innovative products and campaigns that enhance customer acquisition and retention, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all related documentation.Spearhead diverse projects focused on error remediation, new product structures, and regulatory compliance, playing a key role in shaping the product landscape.Contribute to portfolio efficiency by driving product sunsetting and decommissioning efforts, making way for streamlined offerings.Work alongside various teams to define and enhance operational activities that support energy products and pricing communications, fostering a collaborative environment.Champion a zero-tolerance policy for errors in product and pricing systems, significantly impacting operational integrity and customer trust.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate open communication regarding marketing strategies and ensure alignment with service level agreements.About you: Previous demonstrated experience within an operations role, preferably within Product and Pricing.Ability to manage and work through complexity.Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle conflicting priorities.Strong analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clear and concise information.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and work collaboratively with cross-functional business areas across AGL.At AGL, we offer a wide range of benefits including: Flexible working options including hybrid work.Discounts on energy, telcos, and solar plans.Participate in Energise - our reward & recognition program.Access 20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary carer.Access to an additional week of recharge leave per year.Play an active role in our diversity & inclusion initiatives.Novated leasing and Electric Vehicle subscriptions.Access to study assistance, AGL's share purchase plan, and insurance deals.*Benefits may change over time and vary based on role type and location.
