As a key member of the team, the Pricing Discretion Officer will be responsible for meticulously reviewing all pricing requests related to both customer acquisition and retention, offering insights into pricing trends, market conditions and exercising delegated authority to approve pricing reductions while adhering to policy.
Key responsibilities: You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to deliver consistency across pricing decisions while considering market conditions and competitor pricing.You will make impactful decisions and provide expert guidance for pricing requests, leveraging insights into pricing trends and customer needs.You will collaborate with your team, internal stakeholders, and broader retail network, to deliver fast customer outcomes.This is a Permanent, Full-time position. We prioritise our people with a hybrid model that currently includes a minimum of 40% per week in a Head Office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025. Working hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Extensive customer service experience with strong relationship building skills.A positive mindset, as well as a proactive approach to learning and a flexible attitude toward change, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information.A passion for delivering exceptional customer/stakeholder experiences and making informed, data-driven decisions.Banking and Finance industry experience is preferred.So, why work with us?
