This key role will drive the development of pricing solutions that adapt to client buying behaviours and market conditions for new business, expansion, and renewal pursuits.This role is required in Australia with preference in Sydney but open to other locations in Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane.Snapshot of the role:Commercial Pricing & ModellingLead or oversee large-scale bids in the local Australasia market and regional bids if applicable.Develop the commercial strategy and approach for major single or multi-x bids.Own and be accountable for the pricing strategy from end to end.Specialize in multiple product pricing strategies and have a strong understanding of each service line, platform, and value proposition.Collaborate with in-country teams and the various cross functions (Solutions & Proposals, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)) and provide guidance and challenge to internal teams on our solutioning and pricing / cost inputs.Manage multiple external and internal stakeholders to ensure our price offering is suitable to meet both our requirements and those of the client.Build models to simulate the various profit and loss scenarios as part of Commercial Review Board (CRB) sign-off.Lead CRB deal reviews and presentations on the Commercial Core and P&LsWork with business leaders, Pursuit Lead and Commercial Strategy team to understand and mitigate the risks and opportunities around deals.Develop simplified storyboard to aid in win-price strategy.Participate in client facing deal negotiation and presentation, as applicable.People ManagementManage the pricing team and lead them to excellence through coaching, feedback and recognition.Elevate and enhance the individual and team knowledge and understanding of our industry and JLLPromote a culture of collaboration and teamwork.Maintain active succession planning.OthersDrive continuous improvement in commercial processes and tools.Requirements:Tertiary education in Business, Finance, Commerce or equivalent8 to 10 years of experience in pricing and commercial modeling for complex outsourcing contracts2 to 3 years of people management experienceStrong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilitiesConfident in client-facing and board-level situationsAdvanced Excel skills and commercial acumenAbility to interpret complex financial situations and explain to diverse stakeholdersExperience in commercial real estate industry is highly advantageousWhat you can expect from us:Great employee discounts off fitness & other renowned brandsActive Social ClubWell-being programPaid time off for volunteer workCareer Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firmPremium officesHybrid / flexible workingAs an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
