An opportunity now exists for a driven, talented finance professional to join our team in the role of Pricing and Billing Analyst for a period of 9 months.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent Excel and problem-solving skills and with experience in an accounting environment. Working closely with the business, this role is critical in the management of client agreements and supporting the business to ensure deliverables are met.
Key responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day workflow requirements of the Pricing Database.
Accurately record, monitor and maintain client agreements within the Practice Management system.
Resolve queries with regard to agreed pricing models in a timely manner.
Provide support to the Billing and e-billing teams and the wider business through the posting of bills and assisting with billing and rates inquiries.
Assist in the annual Standard Rate Review Process.
Required skills and experience
Sound knowledge of Aderant (CMS), BillBlast and e-billing platforms preferred.
Keen attention to detail and effective organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Customer-focused – ensuring the best outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.
