This creates a win-win for consumers, members, and suppliers.About the role:The Pricing & Promotions Coordinator is a key role within the Pricing, Promotions, and Planogram Team, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing promotional campaigns and pricing strategies. This role ensures that promotional deadlines are met, data integrity is maintained at 100%, and pricing information is processed accurately in line with the endorsement and nested brands' pricing strategy. The Pricing & Promotions Coordinator will collaborate across teams to drive profitability, market share growth, and deliver value to the business and most importantly to our members.Role & Responsibilities:Request promotional submissions from suppliers in line with the promotional programs agreed upon by the Category Team.Prepare the catalogue master and mud map to ensure that it meets the required standard for submission to the Marketing Department.Liaise with suppliers to ensure artwork approval.Create and send the product list for POS creation to the Marketing Department.Respond to all enquiries from stores, members and PGMs.Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing (preferred, but not essential).Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration role.Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.A keen eye for detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams, suppliers and members effectively.Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not essential.Benefits & Perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
