Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Systems Division is seeking a self-motivated and high performing individual to join the GWEO Air Branch as the Pricing and Cost Analysis Manager.As a Pricing and Cost Analysis Manager you will demonstrate a strong financial acumen and exercise initiative and judgment in the interpretation of policy and the application of practices and procedures.
You will assist the Project Director with the development and management of budget exercises (AE's and BE's), oversee finance support activities including simple procurement.
In addition to the above, you will:Manage the program's operating budget model and resolve issues to contribute best practice and continuous improvement of processes related to finance.Prepare and review briefs, reports and other correspondence on financial compliance matters.Analyse and evaluate cost estimates and advise senior management to support the decision making process.The successful candidate will challenge themselves in a fast paced environment, have excellent written and oral communication skills and will contribute to the Australian Defence Force systems that are at the leading edge of Defence Capability.About our TeamGWEO Air Branch is an integral part of GWEO Systems Division, which is part of the new GWEO Group.
