With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for their clients, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Civil Lawyer to join their dynamic team.
As a Senior Civil Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex legal cases, and contributing to the strategic growth of our firm.
You will handle a diverse caseload, including contract disputes, property matters, and other common law matters, providing expert legal advice and representing clients in a range of personal and business disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: Drafting legal documents including contracts, leases, shareholder agreements and settlement terms.
Will writing and estate planning.
Trusts and Management structuring.
Sale and purchase of businesses.
Representing clients in litigation.
Requirements: Hold an Australian Practicing Certificate.
Police Check.
Requisite experience in relevant commercial law or adjacent disciplines.
Strong Communication Skills.
