In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients embarking on new home builds. Here's what you'll do:Guide clients through pre-start meetings, fostering a collaborative environment.Champion company values and safety procedures.Deliver exceptional customer service, including prompt responses to inquiries.Oversee pre-start selections and liaise with the colour selections team.Manage deadlines for pre-start final plans and ensure accuracy.Keep clients informed throughout the process and address any concerns.Assist with scheduling and implementing established procedures.To be successful, you'll possess:Minimum 4 years' experience in residential building.Extensive customer service expertise.A current driver's license.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Solid construction knowledge.You'll also thrive in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with:Clients and other visitorsInternal teams including Administration, Operations, Sales, Drafting, and EstimatingLocal Shires and ReceptionReady to launch rewarding careers and empower clients' dream homes?
