New opening for a prestart consultant to join one of the leading home builders in Perth!
We now have a new opportunity for an experienced Prestart Consultant to join one of WA's largest home building companies. Based in their Osborne Park office this role would be a great opportunity for a prestart consultant or client liaison officer who is looking to develop their knowledge and further their career with a reputable and successful company.
Duties
Liaise with clients from the preliminary signing through the construction phase right through to handover Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Conducting meetings with the client(s) including prestart meetings, colour selection etc Prepare documentation including construction documents and contractual documents Raise variations Regularly communicate with clients in regards to the progression of their build, consulting with them regularly, resolving queries as they arise Use construction software to track the progress of the build
Skills and experience
Experience in a prestart or client liaison role working for a home building company Impeccable customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Time management skills, the ability to prioritise tasks ad work to deadlines MS Office skills and exposure to construction software
This is a permanent position with a great salary package of $80k plus super. Parking is provided on site and it is close to public transport.
